Healthy Solutions is a skin care manufacturer who makes it easy to bring products to market.The following is a generalized list of the steps necessary to manufacture your new skin care product.

1. Provide Healthy Solutions with a sample of a similar type of product that you like. This gives our formulations chemist a great deal of insight into what type of look, feel, viscocity, after feel, fragrance level etc… that you would like in your finished product.

2. Select your packaging: There are a number of different skin care packaging options and we can work with almost any of them. Spend some time on google and email us a picture of what it is you want. Odds are that we either are working with or have worked with that packaging.

3. Receive your quote: Once we know what it is that you want and what packaging you want it in we can provide you with a custom skin care manufacturing quote.

4. Develop Samples: Once you have the quote you will know how much it costs to produce your product. It’s now time to create your product in the lab.  It only takes about 2 weeks to produce lab samples for you. Once you receive them you just let us know what if any changes you’d like made and the lab will tweak the formulation until it meets your approval.

5. Receive a Final Quote and Start the Skin Care Manufacturing Process: changing the formulation to meet your spec will most likely cause a + or – 10% increase or decrease in the price. So we will provide you a final quote for your project at such time as you approve the lab samples. Then all you have to do is issue a PO and wait for delivery of your new product.
